U.S. Inspect’s Maryland team announced today the acquisition of Structural Concepts, based in Rockville, Md.

Lanny Weintraub, owner and president of Structural Concepts, has joined the U.S. Inspect Maryland team, lead by Sonny Mosier, as a building consultant.

Weintraub has been performing home inspections for the past 25 years. He is a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors and currently serves as an officer on the board of directors of the group’s Mid-Atlantic Chapter. He is a Maryland Certified Water Sampler and has extensive experience as an expert witness at hearings and court cases involving building construction.

Weintraub is also a highly knowledgeable radon measurement provider. He is certified by the National Environmental Health Association Radon Proficiency Program, a nationally recognized certification program for radon professionals maintaining the highest level of ethics and quality.
