Charles Ryan Hickman is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and a graduate of the National Law Center at The George Washington University. He began focusing his practice on Florida real estate law in 1981 and became board certified in 1988. Working with major national law firms, Mr. Hickman has experience in a wide range of real estate and business transactions, both commercial and residential; condominiums; cooperatives; planned unit developments; and the purchase, sale and operation of small businesses. He has worked with local boards of realtors, having served on various liaison committees and education committees. Mr. Hickman has participated in the committee which revises the Florida FAR/BAR Contract and has lectured frequently on the subject. He currently operates as a sole practitioner in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida.
This one-day seminar is designed for attorneys, paralegals, loan officers, presidents, vice presidents, owners, closing specialists, real estate agents and brokers, business managers and office managers.
