Also included will be a discussion by Kate Logue (Citizens Bank) on the availability of financing for Shore real estate and what lenders are looking for and a review of New Jersey title and transfer issues by John Linnington (Title Company of Jersey). A question and answer session with all speakers will follow the comprehensive program.
“This is the sixth year that 1031 CORP. is offering this Symposium but we are especially excited about this year’s program. The last few years have been tough for real estate investors and they continue to hear conflicting reports and numbers about the real estate market. The current pricing coupled with historically low interest rates are creating opportunities investors never dreamed of just a few years ago. Our Symposium is bringing together experts to provide an accurate look at what is happening at the Jersey Shore and clarify some of the misconceptions so investors can make informed decisions.” stated Margo McDonnell, CES®, President of 1031 CORP.

Great post! I?m just starting out in community management/marketing media and trying to learn how to do it well – resources like this article are incredibly helpful. As our company is based in the US, it?s all a bit new to us. The example above is something that I worry about as well, how to show your own genuine enthusiasm and share the fact that your product is useful in that case
