Kanawha Valley Board of Realtors And AutoRealty LLC Announce Partnership

AutoRealty LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Corporation, and provider of software tools for real estate professionals, including automated forms software for real estate contracts, announced today a partnership with The Kanawha Valley Board of REALTORS® (KVBR).
This integration will allow real estate professionals to import data directly from their MLS listing page to both on-line and desktop versions of AutoContract, a real estate forms automation tool. MLS and forms integration facilitates the seamless flow of information, reducing the time it takes and improving the accuracy of contract preparation. Customer service levels and communication are also enhanced, benefiting all real estate transaction participants. This includes agents on both sides of the transaction as well as the Buyer and Seller.
In addition, KVBR will be the first MLS to acquire AutoContract-Gold and AutoContract-Online V6.0. Additions to the new version include a new level of control in maintaining and managing multiple offices with features that are easily maintained through a simple online account. Within the next 90 days the new version will also include the ability to capture electronic signatures via hand held device operating on a PALM or MS Mobile OS Personal Digital Assistant (PDA).
