First Consumer Real Estate Expo Enjoys Success In Las Vegas — Event Plans to Return in June 2006
Las Vegas (PRWEB) November 29, 2005
The inaugural International Real Estate Expo made a grand entrance into Las Vegas, Nevada over the weekend of November 19th and 20th. More than 1,400 attendees and over 50 exhibitors participated in the event at the prestigious Wynn Las Vegas.
The first consumer real estate show in the Las Vegas Valley, the Real Estate Expo allowed those from the area and from around the globe interested in purchasing and investing in real estate in Nevada and other U.S. markets including Florida and California, to talk directly with developers, real estate companies, mortgage bankers, interior designers and more. A number of developers working on prominent residential projects in the Valley had a presence at the event.
“This was a fantastic opportunity to meet serious prospective clients in the Valley,” said Jerry Petrosky, The Curve. “This was the place to meet serious buyers. It is priceless to have that opportunity.”
According to Real Estate Expo founder Paolo Sadri, the event hit the Las Vegas real estate market at the perfect time, as real estate has been appreciating quickly throughout Southern Nevada.
Kendra Todd, season three winner of “The Apprentice,” and Charles Andrews, co-founders of MyHouseRe.com, also taped guest appearance spots on “Today in Real Estate,” a Las Vegas special, a new television program created and produced by Sadri. The show, which taped its second episode at the Expo, is hosted by Katrina Campins, a finalist from the first season of “The Apprentice,” and a successful realtor herself.
Todd and Andrews also spoke at the event about pre-construction and condo conversions, showing attendees the other options that exist besides purchasing new homes, as well as discussed the growing cost of building. “People need to be informed and empowered,” she said of her speaking engagements. “I provide them information to go out and take charge of their financial futures.”
Following its recent success in Las Vegas, Real Estate Expo’s next stop is Miami for the 6th annual Real Estate Expo, on Saturday and Sunday, March 18th and 19th, 2006, and will return to the west coast with an inaugural show in Phoenix, Arizona on April 22nd and back to Las Vegas on June 10th.
The International Real Estate Expo began in Miami in 2002, and has experienced increasing popularity since its inception. Sadri introduced the Expo to Las Vegas for the first time this November. The event serves as a unique and effective marketing forum for exhibitors in the real estate industry to showcase properties and introduce services to targeted residential real estate buyers and investors.
