Burgess Inspection Group, Inc. Introduces Computer Generated Onsite Wood Destroying Insect Inspections Reports Available to Email
Richardson, TX (PRWEB) January 26, 2005
Burgess Inspection Group, Inc., a leading provider of residential and commercial property inspection services in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area announced today that its Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) Inspection reports are now computer generated onsite and available to email to clients.
The WDI Inspection, more commonly called a ÂTermite InspectionÂ, includes looking for any type of wood destroying insect in addition to different types of termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, wood boring beetles, etc. Burgess Inspectors also look for conditions that are conducive to wood destroying insects and may recommend correction to prevent an infestation.
Burgess has been able to email the general structural and mechanical Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) reports but now has a program that makes it possible to email WDI reports as well.
The old versions of the WDI reports were difficult to read; there were only carbon copies of the report and a lot of them were illegible and could not be faxed. The new WDI reports can now be emailed to clients. ÂAn added bonus is we can add pictures of conditions that are conducive to wood destroying insects and what is needed to be corrected along with photos showing the infestation, said Burgess President, Johnny Gorden. ÂMost of our competitors do not have computer generated onsite WDI Reports, so it is an extra advantage that Burgess Inspection Group offers.Â
Since its founding over thirty-six years ago, Burgess Inspection Group has been providing quality commercial and residential inspections. ÂHaving this report available to email said Glenn Burgess, Chief Executive Officer of Burgess Inspection Group, Inc., allows us to offer a complete report package to our clients that far exceeds our competition.Â
